выслал свой рабочий конфиг

MySQL работает, пароль не требует!!!!

Запустите MySQL и убедитесь что он не запрашивает пароль, или переустановите
его.

И еще:
у вас тут ошибка: вместо $cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'] = 'http://localhost/phpMyAdmin';
поменяйте на $cfg['PmaAbsoluteUrl'] = 'http://localhost/phpMyAdmin';

не вводил! в настройке учетных записей снял галку с - Modify security settings

При установке MySQL вы вводили пароль, вот его и вписывайте.

пишу там "что нибудь", все нормально, предлагается ввести имя и пароль, имя - ROOT, пароль оставляю пустым, получается вот что- Ошибка
#1045 - Access denied for user 'pmausr'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Впишите в файле config inc.php (у меня строка 18)
$cfg['blowfish_secret'] = 'что нибудь';

при входе в phpMyAdmin выскакивает вот такая фраза-"Конфигурационному файлу сейчас нужна секретная фраза (blowfish_secret)." Как исправить?
